When will Luna withdrawal come back?

I have over $1000 worth of Luna that I want to withdraw. Yet, everytime I go to try take it out there Is a notification saying it is "under update for now". I would never have deposited the Luna in the first place if I knew this was the case. There is also no way to swap it to stablecoin like other coins. So, I'm basically trapped with no ETA when I will be able to get my money out. Please help
